The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 777v website, applications and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who uses this service on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile registered with 777v.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward, credit or benefit provided by 777v.
• "Bet" refers to a financial stake placed in any game or sports section on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "Taka" refers to the Bangladeshi currency Taka (৳).
• "Terms" refers to this complete document and any of its appendices.

To use the 777v platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract as a natural person.
• You must acknowledge that you are participating on this platform knowingly and voluntarily.
• You may only have one active account at a time. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited.
• You must confirm that you have never been permanently banned from 777v.

777v may at any time request identity documents, proof of address or other documentation to verify your age and identity. Failure to submit appropriate documents may result in deposits and withdrawals being restricted until account verification is complete.

3.1 Registration

When creating an account on the 777v platform, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

3.2 Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify the 777v support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If your contact details change, please update your account accordingly. To change the name used at registration, identity verification documents must be submitted.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the 777v platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder only.
• Depositing via third-party accounts is prohibited.
• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless 777v grants special approval.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 777v may apply additional verification procedures and reserves the right to hold withdrawals.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at 777v are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance becomes ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 10 (ten) times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date. If the conditions are not met within the validity period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless 777v specifically permits it.
• 777v reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.
• If any improper method is used to take advantage of bonus offers, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

When participating in cricket betting, slots, live casino and other game sections on 777v, the following rules apply:

• All bets must be placed with real funds; using borrowed or third-party money is prohibited.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, 777v reserves the right to void that round.
• Alleged winnings obtained from a bug or unintentional error in the game software may be forfeited.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Various sports markets are available in the sports section, such as match winner, total runs, wickets and many other market types. All odds are set when the market opens and may change. Confirmed bets are automatically locked at the stated odds.

If an official tournament (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, FIFA and other international tournaments) is suspended or cancelled, the bet will be settled in accordance with the policy displayed by 777v.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The results of live casino games and slot machines are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface. Please refer to the game help section to learn about the general concept of RTP (Return to Player).

The 777v VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Regular and active use of the platform is required to move to a higher tier. Cashback is automatically added to your account each week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using artificial betting strategies (bonus abuse, arbitrage) to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or alter the platform's software, systems or databases.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten or harm other users.
• Republishing, distributing or using platform content for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

9.1 Rights of 777v

777v reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• A court order or direction from a legal authority.

9.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, the net balance in the account (excluding bonuses, subject to wagering completion) will be returned.
